     Blogger is a very easy to use tool and offers more advantages than other sites, where it is can create web pages for free and be used especially in educational processes. Teachers can use Blogs to quickly publish and organize classroom projects, educational experiences, activities for students, collection of academic Web resources, academic papers, etc. On the other hand, students can use this tool to publish their academic activities and productions; and in this way, put together their own personal digital portfolio.

     Blogger is one of the most used web tools in the world, because it allows publishing information in a very versatile way, with excellent designs and at no cost. Its use goes from personal creation of tickets to teamwork, as a kind of wiki in which several participants can publish or manage the website. It also has a great variety of templates, fonts and sizes that offer originality to the blog. Finally, it is can get a number of functionalities and uses through the possibility of adding gadgets.

However, for "Planning on problem solving”, the theme to be developed is for students to design and present through Blogger, a project that allows community, humanitarian and academic development, through projection of solidarity, cooperative, social and sustainable learning.
